Required topics

First renewal & exemptions

First renewal: new salespersons are exempt at the first June 30 after licensure (the full 30 is due by the second June 30).

If your license lapses

Miss June 30 (no grace period) and the license goes inactive; inactive over 2 years means redoing prelicense courses and exams.

How CE is tracked

Providers upload completions to PULSE; note your PRIMARY BROKER submits renewal for all associated licensees (you don't self-submit).

Watch out: You can't cram 30 into one year — 15 are due in each license year — and your broker drives the renewal submission, so don't assume it's all on you.
