No fixed CE-hour count — Oregon currently requires only specific topic CE — no general CE hours until Jan 2028.

- 1 hr Pain Management (within 36 months)
- 2 hrs Cultural Competency (within 48 months)
First renewal & exemptions
No general-hours exemption is needed yet, since no general-hours rule is in force until 2028.

Practicing on a lapsed license is unlicensed practice; renew or reinstate before practicing.
How CE is tracked
Self-attest at OSBN online renewal; keep certificates for audit.
Watch out: Oregon is mid-transition: right now there's NO general hours requirement — only a 1-hr pain-management and 2-hr cultural-competency topic. The widely-cited '20 hours' doesn't start until Jan 1, 2028.
